Safron Gin

safron Safron Gin is produced in a small distillery at Dijon, France. That is Gabriel Boudier's distillery, dating back to 1874.

Safron Gin is based on a unique 19th century recipe which comes from the era of the French colonialism in India.

It's a gin rich in exotic herbs. It contains juniper, cilantro, lemon, orange peel, angelica seeds, iris and fennel. But what makes the difference is the addition of the saffron in the distilled mixture for 48 hours, which gives it its spicy character.

Enjoy it in a gin'n'tonic on the rocks with an orange slice or create unique cocktails. Draw inspiration from exotic condiments, add cinnamon or cardamom, combine with apples or forest fruits. No matter how, you will appreciate its absolutely unique figure.
